"Ideal" form of government

I think the ideal form of government would be a democracy because people must work in order to live wealthy and earn money as much as they can. For example, all advanced nations like America and Japan, one of the reason why they are advanced nations is because they are democracy. If they were a dictatorship like North Korea, I promise their country will be no more advanced nations. Furthermore, if they are dictatorship, all the people will not work and get lazy since everyone gets same amount of salary. Therefore, I prefer the democracy is the best and ideal form of government.

How does corruption in leadership affect society?
- There are lots of effects to the society when the leadership corrupt. For example, if one of the president in one country corrupts for his own benefit, the society in that country will not be able to highly develop because the president don't care about his country and the residents. Also, since the president corrupts for his benefit, he will not care about the society not enough, so some people will in trouble in getting the jobs and lots of killings and suicides will happen due to the killers and suicides lose their jobs or they can't find their jobs. (This is actually occurring in Korea a lot because now the society in Korea is not that good because of the president.) Eventually, I guess, the leadership must corrupt in order to make a developed and an advanced nation.
